Carriage Hill Assisted Living earned a “zero-deficiency” inspection result during its annual clinical licensing inspection by the NH Department of Health and Human Services in December 2017. This is the second year that Carriage Hill has had a zero-deficiency inspection since opening in December 2015. We are pleased and proud to attain this standard of performance as it truly reflects our mission and commitment to our residents and their family members.
